Miauw is an evolving concept-hotel and media-project presented through two beautiful buildings in Amsterdam and Antwerp. Miauw Antwerp was opened on November 2004. The 4-story building is located in 't Zuid, the most vibrant part of the city, conveniently located behind the Museum of Schone Kunsten and next to various galleries, restaurants, cocktail bars and shops. After the success of Miauw Antwerp, a similar, but larger, Amsterdam space has been opened Summer 2007. Similar to Miauw Antwerp, the space will also host a Miauw shop, suites, and a projects team. The space which were originally 2 charming old-style Dutch buildings have been fused together. Miauw Amsterdam is conveniently situated in the "9 straatjes", an area which comprised of 9 small streets that contains quirky restaurants and shops between the charming Amsterdam canals.
