On arrival:

Miauw Suites provides B&B style rooms.

At arrival you will receive keys of your suite(s) and the private entry that is only for
hotel-guests.

Our concierge will show you around on your arrival and can answer all your questions during opening hours.

To keep the Suites affordable our reception is not fully staffed 24/7 hours. After opening hours you can retreive your
keys via our Key-box.

Minimal Booking period:

During weekends we only take a minimum reservation of two nights
(friday, saturday, or sunday)

Payment and reservation:

Miauw only accepts reservations made with creditcards. By submitting creditcard information the guests agrees with authorisation from his or her creditcard for the total amount of the booking.
Prices are including all taxes.

Breakfast is not included.

Cancellation & Damages:

In the case of a now-show, or cancellation Miauw will charge 100% of the total amount.
All damages (that are not caused by normal usage) and removed items will be charged to the guests creditcard

 

General Information:

Miauw Suites in Amsterdam has no elevators or air-conditioning. Both buildings are monuments, in which these items are not allowed to install.

Rooms  have big Hans Grohe Rainshowers.

B&B

Miauw operates under the official Amsterdam B&B rules. A maximum of 40% of the building can be used for the operation of the b&b.

The owner of the building has to live in the building himself. And a maximum of 4 guests are allowed at one time in the buidling.

Because of the last limitation we sometimes cannot accept double occupation of our suites.
